How make transparent WindowTitleBar? as.. "NO SKIN"

I try to modify skin "chrome".. but i can't make [WindowTitleBar] transparent as windows vista.. or "no skin".. what is the code?

The WindowTitleBar in the skin is only used when the "use skinned window border" is UNchecked in The Word (View -> Skin). If this is the case, the WindowTitleBar used is the same one used for all other programs in Windows. If it is checked, then the colors you put in the skin will be used. There is no support for transparency in this setting in the skin itself.
