Allow adding Footnotes into User Modules

Footnote is a critical part to differentiate an academic paper to a normal writings. Even though I am not a biblical scholar, I think it is still super important. Currently TW support copy & paste text with footnotes from external editors like Ms. Word, but not support creating footnotes internally by users. Hope you can improve it.
