It might be nice to have a means of highlighting topics in the topic tree of a book module, for quick reference, in such a way that it would never be a permanent change to the module, and would work with user and non-user modules alike.
In this way the user could mark frequently-used terms in dictionaries, favorite chapters in book modules, and so on.
