Alternative target for hyperlinks in modules

Post by paul1149 »

Hi all,
I am finding in my studies that often when I am reading a commentary module, it will reference via hyperlink its own content attached to a different Bible address.

For instance, I might have Mark 13.xx open in a Bible, and a commentary is synced to it. The commentary says to reference its content for Mt. 26.xx, which is hyperlinked. Now, to get there, I click the link and it takes my bible window to Mt 26.xx, and the commentary is synced to Mt 26.xx.

What I think would be advantageous is to have a context menu item in the commentary hyperlink, whereby I could take the commentary to Mt 26.xx, without disturbing the original Bible window and all other windows synced to it. Only the immediate commentary window would navigate to the new location. Then, when I'm done reading that, I would merely click back on the original verse in the Bible window and the commentary would sync back again.

Just a thought. Be well.
