A popup that shows the verse in the Bibles you've chosen in Preferences>Advanced>Choose Bibles... when you hover over over a verse number or over the main title bar Bible reference area.
(Or is there another way to do this from the Bible view?)

Maybe show the Bible tree and hover the verses there.
or
Make a floating Bible view that is very small and load the ot-nt-lines.ont and set it synchronize with your other Bible views. Set xrefs on, and everything else off. Now you will have popup for each verse because I built in xref to be current verse in that module.
