Restore View Windows Issue - Beta 1309

Post by engellion »

I have TW (.1309 beta) setup with multiple view windows open. I minimise TW. After some time I click the icon on the Taskbar to maximise TW again however, this is how it displays:
BRP_1309_Bug1 - Screenshot 1.JPG
BRP_1309_Bug1 - Screenshot 1.JPG (310.1 KiB) Viewed 4830 times

If I click one of the View windows title bar, all views restore to their correct size in the layout. Just wondering what could be the issue here.

Thanks,
PaulC.

Paul, if you could zip and upload your config.ini file we can use it to get the exact settings you have and perhaps trace the issue.

I have seen this type of situation, and it is something to do with the window layout we have.

I would like to see if this is a recently introduced bug; i don't think there has been some change,

I've seen the exact same issue. Next time it happens, I'll get the config.ini to you. By the way, I've seen it in multiple builds (not sure of the numbers, but I'm quite sure it isn't specific to .1309).

I tried the config.ini, cannot repeat. Obviously this is kind of irrelevant.
Does this happen all the time with this setup? Specific steps to reproduce?

This has happened to me too a few times.
I think it happens randomly when I maximize the window.
But then I minimize and maximize again, and the window displays properly.
I don't think it's a recent issue.

Next time it happens I'll upload the file.
I'm not sure about the configuration it happened with.
