Map display 1362 on [FIXED]

I noticed some of the RM Atlas maps don't display properly from v4.0.0.1362 on. When the small display is chosen, it merely limits the amount of the map shown rather than reducing the overall size of the map.
I am currently running tW 4.0.0.1378 on an HP Laptop with 1980 x 1020 resolution, running Win 8.

This problem appears to effect only some of the RM Maps.

Use RM Atlas and go to 'The Kingdom of Saul'

I took two screen shots of Kingdom of Saul and put them in a 7z file. As you can see, the one that is supposed to be small, doesn't get small, but gives only that portion of the large image which the small is to occupy.
