Link malfunction [FIXED]

In Book View when clicking on the link: “Click here to see a list of topics for module...” in any module the popup window will not stay. It only flashes and goes away. Tried this on several modules and different click “techniques.” If I hold the mouse button down for a second instead of a normal click, then sometimes the popup window would remain. The same behavior happened in different modules. Running Win 7 Pro, 64 bit beta 1378. Tested 1365 and got same results. Tested 1342 and the link acted as would be expected.
