I stumbled across this in the TSK 1.0 module (identifier = c4). I downloaded it from the official site to make sure I wasn't using a damaged or corrupted version.
Click on Num -> Num 1 (the only Chapter Topic "tree branch" that appears). It says:
As this verse appears to be the proper concluding verse of the whole book, Dr. A. Clarke thinks that the 27th chapter originally followed the 25th. Others suppose that the 27th chapter was added after the book was finished; and, therefore, there is apparently a double conclusion, one at the end of this, and another at the end of the 27th chapter. All the ancient versions agree in concluding both chapters in nearly the same way.
It seemed out of place so I searched the phrase "Clarke thinks that the 27th chapter originally followed the 25th" and found it belongs to Lev 26:46.
Also there are no 'branches" for Books or Chapters.
Is there another version that has Books/Chapters (easier to scroll and locate info)? Or should I edit/fix this one?
