For Hebrew and Arabic (right to left languages) to work properly in "The Word", you will need to enable the right-to-left language support from windows.
To do so, go to:
1. Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options
2. Click on the second tab "Languages"
3a. For Hebrew and Arabic support, check the "Install files for complex script and right-to-left languages (including Thai)".
3b. For Chinese support, check the "Install files from East Asian languages"
4. Click "OK"
Windows will ask you the installation disk in order to copy some files to your computer, and after that they will ask you to restart the PC; please do so.
That's all! Unless you do the above, hebrew and arabic will be displayed in left to right order, instead of right to left. Also, Arabic contextual shaping will not work.
