How do you go about making and installing map modules and topic note modules (for entire books, but not commentaries or dictionaries)? Thanks.

The map modules viewer is not yet integrated. Please be patient.
The topic notes: at this moment there is no tool to do that. I will create some ways for the upcoming beta and the importer tool to do exactly that. You can do it manually, but needs some knowledge of databases and SQL (nothing fancy, but maybe not for the average user; i am sure you could do it)
