How to Re-Download Paid Modules (?)

I have had to reinstall theWord and re-download my preferred modules.

How do I re-download a module that I have already paid for without having to buy it again? (Groves-Wheeler Westminster Hebrew morphology)

Any help appreciated.

Hi Paul,
simply check the box and download as normal. Then of course when you restart theWord, you will have to enter the unlock code etc that you originally had in an email. If you lost those you can go to this page and follow the instructions there. http://www.theword.net/index.php?faqanswer.92&l=english

Thanks for this Jon.

I downloaded and installed the WHM module via the built in "Add titles" method as you suggested.

However, I open theWord and am not prompted for the unlock code. The WHM module does not appear in the list of Bible texts under Preferences. The WHM module is present in the Bibles folder under Program Data/theWord/Bibles on my hard drive. If I manually try and install it via theWord "File-->Install Modules" menu, theWord says the WHM module is already in use by the Word. (???)

So I am stuck.

Please advise.

Don't worry.

By deleting the module, re-downloading and installing, I got it to work. (Needed to restart theWord immediately. Should have read the instructions first

Paul,
you shouldn't need to do this. Keep in mind that when you update an existing paid module, you don't need to re-enter unlock data. Is it possible that you did update it in the first place?
