Close Verse Copy Management

OK - I am using a Windows tablet and finding the touch screen a little difficult.
However, I am totally unable to close the Verse Copy Management window no matter what I try! Is there some entry it is waiting for? That I have not completed? Should I not be able to close it via the red cross in the upper right corner?
This 'open' window is also preventing the tablet from 'sleeping' after its allotted time.
Any help would be appreciated.

I am not clear on which window you call 'Verse Copy Management'.
It may be:
- the 'Copy Verses' dialog (you access by F5), or
- the Clipboard Monitor window that appear automatically when you copy a verse reference.

- The first can be close with ESC
- The second can be disabled completely by going to File->Preferences->Clipboard monitor

Strange behaviour for the F5 Verse Copy Management. If you open it F5 or from the icon, you can close it immediately with ESC, but if you click in that view you can't close by those methods.

I don't know which window it is either - I am new to the whole program. "Verse Copy Management" was what appeared in the title bar of the window.

OK, you should be able to close it with 'ESC' or by pressing the 'Close' button at the bottom (or the X at top-right)

Thanks but the program was frozen and I had to close it via Task Manager.
I will try to not do that again! (Whatever I did!)

Just for the record: no issue has been reported there before, so if you can find a consistent way to crash the program, please let me know
