Unlocking a purchased module

I purchased IVP Bible Background OT and NT but nothing shows up for me to punch in the code for me to unlock them. I downloaded them but nothing shows up on "Add Titles" or anywhere else.

From the Add titles window, download the modules, and restart theWord. You should then get a dialog to put your code and purchase details in.
