Upload new modules

Greetings in Christ, I have started making modules. Under supervision of Dr. David Cox my training went well. Thanks again David. I have e-mailed Costas around ten days ago and I assume he is not available at present. My questions are; 1. I am submitting modules to David's site for upload and are there other sites where I should upload modules? 2. Is his (David Cox) site linked with this one or do I have to upload the modules here too? 3. How do I upload modules. 4. How do I get more ID's for modules? 5. Some modules will be in Afrikaans and will you host them? 5. If Costas is unavailable who else can I contact at theWord to assist? I understand you may not want to publish an e-mail address here.
