make net notes show up

I have the paid net bible, but when i hover over a number for a note, nothing shows up.

Do you have the NET Notes commentary installed?
Did you have the free version installed previously?

If you had already got the free version installed from a long time back, there could be an issue. I think there was an issue with file names so that you end up with two of the same files. Check to see if you have two copies of the notes in the folder and the same for the Bible. Probably best to delete any of them and install the modules again via the Add Titles.

I have no copy of NET Notes commentary, nor can i find it on the web site for modules.

I did have it at some time back, but not now. That is likely the problem.

Where do I get it, how?

Simply open theWord and use the Add Titles, to download and install...

I have done that. Net Bible ($19.95) shows up which I downloaded again. (also Net Bible - limited notes which I don't have, free).

But when i hover over a superscript number, as I have done in the past, nothing show up.

Do you have the file 'NET Bible's notes.cmt.twm' in your Books folder?

No
Nothing where other modules are from where I installed all.

Also, when I click Add Titles, it does not show up.

I think we need to get a look at the config.ini file. Can you zip it and upload please. To find its location open theWord and from the main menu go to Help-> About -> file locations tab. Click on the button at the right ... of your 'Personal files' folder. It will open a window where you will see the file.
The only other option is for us to gain remote access to your computer.
