Lost all added folders,personal organization and preferences

Hello,

For the past 5-6 years I have been using The Word software. I love it (at least till now). I have lost all the work that I have put into it with adding folders and organizing it to make it very personal and useful for me . I saved the program in my computer, a SD card and even have it on the cloud, but they all did the same thing. A few days ago when I pressed The Word icon on my desktop it acted like I was downloading it for the first time. It downloaded the modules I had (except the ones I purchased), but everything I did is now gone.I lost all personal preferences and organization. Is there someway I can recover the program the way I had it before this happened? Thanks.

I have not heard any reports like this before now, so it could be something wrong with your computer. Or user error. But certainly not the fault of theWord.
Sort of strange how you had this posted in the Czech forum, why was that?
