Hello again.

Having posted about the commentary issue, it seems that the main programme may be getting corrupted:

I tried selecting a number of commentaries to trace the problem, but failed to notice that after one section the Bible text page froze and nothing could be done to look at the passage.

After that I can't close the program via File Exit. It can only be closed by Task Manager; Even when restarting it seems stuck and won't show any passages.

Should I go back to a previous Word version, or is there another way to clear the cache, as it seems to be getting stuck.
Is there anyway to find which commentary is causing the problem?

Do you have a solid state drive or an older style? If older style have you checked your disk or defragged it?
