Converting MySword modules into theWORD

Post by jonathangkoehn »

I see there is a nice tool to convert theWORD into MySword but what about the other way around?

There is a nice MySword module set based on OpenGNT.org it would be very nice to have this in theWORD if possible.

The author has one of the Creative Licenses for those..don't remember which one.

The best approach is to let the Author know you and others want OpenGNT on TheWord.
I think you will find him open to the idea.

He is busy working on Hebrew resources but I don't know how far he is with that project.

Thanks RevSteve a good idea. I was hoping perhaps someone knows of a converter from MySword to theWORD. I know there is one for theWORD to MySword. I simply don't have enough time right now to do all the work to bring it in directly.

Thanks for the idea again. I did contact him and he said that MySword may be working on the Hebrew side I think.

MySword modules simple SQLite database files. Open the bible module in an SQLite editor and view the Bible table. You'll see the content is on the Scripture column. You can copy it and use a text editor to make a TheWord module.
