Clipboard Monitor

Hello. When I copy a verse in Microsoft Word or some other processor, the Clipboard monitor appears, but it randomly works to copy. More often than not, it won't work and when you go to paste, you only get your reference that you copied. Does anyone know what is wrong or how to fix it?
