Hi:
I recently installed Linux Mint and can run The Word in it via Wine, The issue is, I cannot seem to run it with my cross references, many of which I added myself over the years. I have them in a file, I know where they are, I tried to install them as a module, but they do not show. Is there a way to do this?
Thanks,
Zukester

Re: Cross References
Does this help? https://www.theword.net/manual/cross_references.htm
My first guess would be that you need to go to Bible View Options (Ctrl + O, or select from the tools menu), and then select your module set under Footnotes and Cross-References.

Re: Cross References
Nah, tried that repeatedly. It did not bring them in, and just kind of sat and stared at me, almost like Winders hourglass spinning. I wish. I saved the file, brought it into Linux, Added it, and no references. I think it must not be a viable solution, for Linux.
Thanks for trying, though!

Re: Cross References
I am using Linux (MX). A xref set I made over two years ago when I was on Windows is still working fine.
I doubt it matters, but I did a compact install; the program and all my resources are in a directory in my Home directory.
