Ok new here love the program thank you. When I fist start it it asks for the dir and I point to it and runs great. I stop and restart and I get this error every time. If I delete config it will ask for the dir and all works great until I restart. I did a search for error and memory and found no answers. What am I doing wrong?

Using windows 10 x64 40g memory.

Could it be an antivirus program that is causing an issue. Check your settings in that program perhaps.
Or uninstall theWord and install again and let the installer put the program in the default location.
We have not received any issues like this, so not sure what else it can be.
