Costas,

I had to set my laptop back to factory defaults and I am now getting this error when I open theWord. I can click through it (a lot of clicks) and theWord will open but when I click on anything, the same error comes back. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you for all your help

I was able to find and remove IB Updater. Everything is working now. Thank you so much for your time.
