Incorrect location of pop-ups on dual-monitor setup

 Incorrect location of pop-ups on dual-monitor setup I've been a delighted TW user for several years. Recently I added a secondary monitor situated above my Toshiba Satellite laptop (running Win7). I'm running TW (English version 4.0.0) on the secondary monitor, but all the pop-ups (from verse references, for example) appear at the top of the laptop screen, and some are not visible at all.
From searching the forum, I see that this dual-monitor issue has been reported previously. Is there a way to work around the problem?
