Error message while installing v.5 1450

Error message while installing v.5 1450

I am using windows 8.1, with the Word v. 4 installed. I am trying to install v. 5 however there is an error. It seems to stop at getting permission from the system for all users.

Please help.

But I find that it is working fine despite of the error message.
