EDIT: Wrong on 'Ctrl+X', it does work. BTW: Tried this on an XP computer and got the same results.
Someone please double check me but 'Ctrl+I' and 'Ctrl+X' are not working. I double checked other programs to be sure it was not being caused by some other issue but they worked in Word and Excel.
Here is what I don't understand about the issues is that what was working in other builds of theWord is not working in them either even back as far as 1399.

Ctrl+X works for me (e.g. in an editable Book view). So does CTRL+I
