Don't know, I download a new 1477 and it is stable along with changelog.txt and english.lng. The issue may have been with my computer because it runs 7/24. I do not think that this comes into play with TW because it is portable, but I have noticed in the past that Office VBA will force me to reboot because it will stop working properly.
Your guess is as good as mine, probably better.
