grammar

Post by dvbloois »

Several times I see in the explanations of verbal forms the description 'wayyitqol' but I read that only on your site. Should it not be 'wayyiqtol' as a form derived from the verb 'qatal'?

With kind regards from Holland

Thanks for the report. That is the way it was in the data we were given for version 4.12
I will check if the latest data we have has a change there.

Apparently this had only recently been noticed and fixed.
Here is some of the reply I got back.
Thank you for reporting this. This was fixed last June (2016) but of course that is too late for the released versions of the documents in Morph 4.20 and earlier.

I am surprised it took so long for anyone to notice it, and I am sorry I didn't see it myself! It was that way in the documentation for many years.
I am not sure what we will do with our module yet.
