There is a problem with the hosting provider. I have come in contact with them trying to resolve the download issue.
My personal test have shown that Firefox can download the file but IE8 cannot,

Firefox can download the file and all will appear well, until you go to run the file and then you'll find that it doesn't work.

Costas, also Firefox has problems.
Tried to get the latest version on Annes laptop, but download finished the last 3 days in different stages (700kB, 1,45Mb, 2,6MB,...). No error message, but installer starts and finishes immediately.
