Toggle Lookups etc

Sorry if this has been answered before, or if it is so easy not to warrant the post..

Is there a way to toggle cross references, commentaries etc on / off? I would like this for when studying and writing papers I can turn the references off when cut and pasting into the paper - speaking notes etc.

thanks for the link. I can't seem to find those options but will dig deeper. I have version 4.0

the bar should be at the left in the Bible view. It is toggled by Ctrl+T
