I have had this problem for a while, so I'm not sure when it actually started. It's been a minor annoyance so I haven't bothered trying to figure out exactly what was happening before now. I am currently using version 4.0.0.1444. But now that it still hasn't been corrected, it's becoming a bigger annoyance.
I typically use the compare view for the Bibles. I have it configured with a couple Bibles that are O.T. only and a couple that are N.T. only. I don't remember the program always acting this way, but now, whenever I close the program and then restart it with the compare view active, it will display all the Bibles even if there is no text for which testament is currently being displayed. As soon as another reference is selected in the tree panel, it will then correctly display only the Bibles that have text for that reference.
