I believe that I deleted these two modules without thinking. I have tried to reinstall by reinstalling the Word but they do not show up. Is there a way to undelete these modules?

These modules are there just to get you started. Simply make some new ones and you can name them as you wish. From the main menu of theWord, File->New user module
A window opens for you to put in the abbreviation and even a description, (and the filename is generated I think.)
If you hover your pointer in the various check items and text areas, you will see informative popups.
