Update: The Word 3.1.1.1011-1014
Re: Update: The Word 3.1.1.1011
Just a quick thought. Why not provide a link to the download, so I do not need to open theWord, go to the site, download the update, and then need to close theWord in order to install it?
As always ... so much well crafted program to use ...

BTW: I always have to click around on the the site in order to find the changelog. Although I understand that we don't have to bother normal users with this kind of technical stuff, wouldn't it be more intuitive to place the changelogs somewhere under Downloads? Or just rename FAQ to FAQ + Changelogs?

I added the word "Changelog" next to the FAQ in the main site menu.Gert-Jan wrote: wouldn't it be more intuitive to place the changelogs somewhere under Downloads? Or just rename FAQ to FAQ + Changelogs?
Think that's enough?

Of course, usual link
Re: Update: The Word 3.1.1.1011
I find release notes (especially change-logs) are valuable because they provide something of a "spotlight" on what has changed. This helps to focus time and attention to test and attempt to break. Also, it can be helpful to identify which bug-reports were resolved.sdahlinghwa wrote:csterg wrote:Hi,

I don't do for beta builds though ...
This latest build has proofing on preview level - get OO dictionaries to test if you want
