That is impractical to compare versions manually by reading, it's useless. If a feature is made that compares two versions by indexing versions to give a list of significant changes, then it will present precise instances of changes in the result. You might want to look at the Sneak-Peek compare. As to doing a massive compare like what you are suggesting that is a bit much but a verse by verse shows quickly what is going on in the Sneak-Peek

It is possible to hide Bibles though I don't recommend it. Also the word Sneak-Peek has Bible sets. Lastly simply remove the .ont, .ot, .NT or .ntx or .otx file from your Bibles folder and that should do it.

As to Displaying English and Greek simultaneously that is a bit more complex. Unless data is directly link to the Bible language like in an Interlinear like THGNT then you run into which language is primary.
