Lag when selecting layouts

Would it be possible without too much difficulty to create an option to cache all the custom layouts in memory so that there would be no delay when selecting a different layout?

Re: funding requirements for new features

A "simple lack of time" merely means that other opportunities for pay override doing non-paying or lesser paying activities. What I am wondering is what level of funding for these activities would suddenly find the time available from someone to take theWord to the next level.

funding requirements for new features

How much money would need to be raised to pay for the man-hours that it would take to

1) Be able to arrange Bibles like other books are able to be arranged?

2) Implement tabbed layouts instead of needing separate windows?

Tischendorf GNT

I noticed that the module for the Tischendorf GNT is from 2010, while the latest source data is from 2019. See https://github.com/morphgnt/tischendorf-data.

equal view size when in compare mode

Is there any way when viewing Bible modules in compare mode to automatically reset the columns to be equal widths? It is inconvenient, if you accidentally change the widths, to manually correct them to all be the same size.

Re: ABP Greek-English interlinear Not showing Greek

I've discovered that I was still using an old 2008 version. I upgraded to the latest 2015 version and now I can't get it to display even the English (like in the screen shot), no matter how I change the font settings. It reminds me of a problem that I had with the Greek Analytical Lexicon that jonat...

Re: ABP Greek-English interlinear Not showing Greek

Try using the DejaVu Serif font for the Greek font.

Re: Proper small caps support

I would be talking about the \scaps tag. Instead of \scaps, a tag defining a -1 size font needs to be used after converting the lower case characters to upper case. And of course defining a -1 font size can't be used on any uppercase characters that are supposed to be upper case that happen have a s...

Re: Proper small caps support

When creating a module, I automatically search for any words using a particular character style in my document and then tag those words before converting the file to a text file. It would be nicer if I didn't need to go to the extra work of determining which characters in a small caps word are in lo...

Proper small caps support

Is there any possibility of getting true small caps support instead of a work around of converting any lower case letters to upper case and then using the font size tag on only those converted characters?

Re: Pasting into book module produces only squares

To smooth the font rendering in Linux see http://www.webupd8.org/2009/09/enable-s ... linux.html.

After enabling font smoothing, I've found Dejavu Serif to be a very nice looking font in Linux that contains a large number of character sets.

Re: Misspelling Acts 3:7

That is the correct spelling as found in the 1769 KJV edition and the circa 1900 KJV Cambridge edition.
