NET 2.1 Bible now has Commentary Notes in the Book View, the notes are also still available in the footnotes.
This had been a desired feature by some. If you already own NET 2.1 it is a free update. Your unlock key will unlock the notes, just make sure to get them from Add Titles!

Hyperlinks are stored in the same book they are used in right with the text

You can copy directly from the screen by selecting the footnotes along with the Scripture.

Please try on TTW2.0.4b if it is still there then it is a different issue. It works fine here on 2.0.4b.
I only put in <:>Title with no enter and then go to build and it builds fine no-error.
