Not only can you change the theme between Silver, Typical, Office XP, Classic, and Stripes, via View-->Theme, you can also change the color scheme of your title bars. There is a little downward pointing arrow (these little arrows are very interesting) on the far left of the title bar of each view. Click this arrow and go to "Caption color". There are some really nice title bar color schemes in here.
Also, one more thing. I notice there is different between Windows Vista and Windows XP displaying TW3 interface. I use the "Typical" theme under Vista, which is a bit different than that theme under XP. Just an interesting fact.
