a way of listing entries

Post by jimf »

currently the "my verse notes" and " my subject notes" are listed by verse label or title of subject. It would be nice if there was an option that one was able to put a date to each entry and be able to choose to have them listed by date or by subject/verse. Also, the date could be entered automatically or manually entered. This way one would be able to observe how your thoughts developed over time as well as just look for a subject or by verse.

jimf, In subject notes you should be able to add such date information to the topic information.
In my verse notes I add the date right at the top. Not quite the same but works.

Do you mean to add the date in the title. I was assuming the list could be ordered by clicking an icon, but now that I look I don't see such an icon. If there was, putting the date in the subject title, depending on which is first, the order would only go by either the date or the title only.

Greetings jimf,
Yes adding it directly to the title. Hmms, maybe add a suggestion on such a button for ordering notes.
