Due to e-Sword version 11 that uses HTML files, I would like to know if you will make a new converter tool that will convert the new e-Sword v11 bible modules?

Well, i haven't seen v11 of eSword and i know nothing of the new format. To be honest, i don't have plans to work on it, I don't see the reason for it. There is already a lot of content for theWord.
Traditionally, eSword has not used any structure for its content, and it didn't care to use. I don't know if this has changed. I would probably prefer to open-source the Importer tool so others can try to do that.
Anyway, let me take some time to see what's new and get back
