Post Putting the beta files into an existing .1450 build
Greetings all,

I've only recently installed .1450 TW (in Compact mode) and haven't done any modifications. Is it okay, then, to put the beta files into the TW installation folder I made for it and run it there without worrying about messing up the existing version?

Thanks.

It will be ok.
Just copy/unzip the 3 files(you don't need the changelog.txt really) to the same place as theword.exe
If you want to try to setup the spellcheck then look at this post viewtopic.php?p=38328#p38328

What I normally do for testing is a compact usb install to a folder on the desktop. viewtopic.php?p=17013#p17013

Great, thanks! I had already installed the spellchecker files as well. All seems well.

Thanks again.
