New Laptop

I have purchased a new laptop and installed theWord on it. Now, I have only two controls in the upper right corner of the search and book view windows rather than the four I previously had. How do I get back to four controls?

In the top left of any view there is the down arrow. Left click and the option is the last one in the menu.
