A while back I had to change computers but at the time was unable to access the hard drive for the personal information and basically started from scratch and downloaded all my bibles etc again. In the meantime I have written new subject and verse notes. I have now been able to access the old hard drive. Am I right in assuming the text of the subject notes module are stored in C:\Users\Name\AppData\Roaming\The Word\Subject-notes.gbk.twm. If so is there any way of accessing the text in that database or merging the two databases so I can retrieve my old subject and verse notes?

You can rename the old module and put it inside the same directory as the new one and open theWord. Then start theWord and open two book views, one in each module. Now you can drag-n-drop topics from one topic list to another to copy them.
