I hope this makes sense, I will try to be clear. When viewing the Help/Download section of the Word I see "Show titles for which a newer version exists". My question is, if I download these, do I need to uninstall the current version of the module I have and then install the newer version, or will the newer version overwrite the current version with only the changes? Thank you for all your help.

You get a whole module that overwrite the previous file. It is not "patching" the module.
