Unable to change the Bible Text order (4.0.0.1440)

Version: 4.0.0.1440
Compact Mode

The buttons to change the order of Bible text are grey out and the CTRL+Up arrow and Down arrow do not work.

tick the box "save order of texts"

Imagine if someone clicks on a column to sort the table just to find what he wants, and he realizes that this new 'order' is saved...

I find the help and manual -- well received and patiently engaged -- make matters more intuitive. :-)
