Clipboard Monitoring Issue

I continue to have a problem with clipboard monitoring, so I generally keep it turned off. However, I now have a need for it and find this issue quite irritating. The concept is a wonderful one and very useful. The problem is that whenever I have it turned on, the popup will display randomly, usually in the middle of what I am working on or viewing, grr. This it does without me pressing ctrl-c. Perhaps I am doing something else that causes it to--It just popped up in the middle of typing this post--display. If so, please tell me what I am doing.

I am running Windows 10-1511.
