Sihala language file (SHB)

Please share where to download Sinhala language file (Country :Sri Lanka) to the The word setup. Before I was using it, the file was " SHB''. But after I format my laptop It was gone. When I tried to download online I could only download the setup, not the Sinhala language file (SHB).
Kindly look in to this matter. Thank you
