My cursor has disappeared when I'm in My Subject notes

Post by Yahuchanan »

As the title says, my cursor is invisible. It's there, I just can't see it. I have to type a letter just so I know where I am on the page, it's very irritating. Is this a known problem and is there a way to fix the problem?

Thanks,

-yahuchanan.

OS? Version, etc. Also is there a background color? Sometimes it is not invisible. I also recommend enabling the Ctrl option in Windows which pings the cursor with a circle when it "seems" invisible but is just against a background that makes it hard to see.

Hello,

Windows 10, latest version of theWord. How do I enable the cursor option? I do use a gray background in subject notes.

Thank you,

Hello again,

I changed the color in my Subject Notes to "none" just to see if the cursor returned and it did. Problem is, I used to be able to see the cursor in Subject Notes despite the background color being gray. It has to be something else, correct?

I decided to screw around, so I changed the background from "none" to one of the available options and now I can see the cursor. Strange, huh?

Thanks,
