Skins when running two simulateous applications of TW

Hello,

I have seen the thread on running more than one edition of the Word.
I understand there are other ways to solve this, but this is the one that works best for me (different icons in the taskbar when I am using different layouts).

When I load each edition I need to change the skin for better using recognition.

Is there a way to load theWord and specify a layout? eg with "/" or "-" commands ?
