In clipboard monitor, it would be handy for me if I could press a keyboard hotkey to copy the text instead of mousing over to the "copy" button-link.

I am not a mouseketeer and my old eyes and old mouse hand don't always move efficiently to buttons or links.

There is already a shortcut in that feature mentioned in the Clipboard monitoring in File menu > Preference .

Global hotkey for pasting is Ctrl Shift V. Whatever verse ref you copied, press Ctrl shift V to auto copy text then Ctrl V to paste.
