Clipboard Monitor Settings: Cancel autoclose behavior on mouse hover over window

When this setting is on, indeed it does cancel the timer when the mouse is hovered over the window. However, I noticed that when the mouse moves back off the window, the timer does not restart and the pop-up box will stay there indefinitely unless you click the close box (which occasionally maximizes The Word software. Bug? Not sure, but very annoying).

My suggestion would be to restart the timer once the mouse moves back off the window, or perhaps autoclose the pop-up window immediately after the mouse is moved off, after ~2 seconds.
